Dear Matthew,

-Avoid psychological, emotional or stress-related problems.

-Avoid over fatigue and excessive exercise.

-Sleep on your back.

-Make sure that you have always a good posture.

-If your job requires you to sit for long hours then you must use a firm chair or get a pillow and place it behind your back.

-The natural back posture is S-shaped.

-Lie on your face with the abdomen supported by pillows and start bending of body and raising of body.

-Stimulate blood circulation.

-Improve cell activity.

-Create greater lymphatic movements.

-Rest in bed.

-Massage to relax tissue and muscles.

-Exercises to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles.

-Avoid postures characterized by an ungainly stooping of the head and shoulders.

-Avoid postures of excessive relaxation of body muscles.

-Make Regular exercise and movement.
