Answer to your Health Question

Question: Will the drug Lorazepam raise your liver count? Will Temazepam hurt your liver count? My liver counts are 333 and 157. I quit drinking and want to reduce. Kevin

Answer: Dear Kevin,

When high liver counts are caused by some type of liver disease, it is important that the doctor is aware as he may not prescribe Lorazepam or monitor dosage very carefully.

Temazepam is metabolized in the liver as well, so it should be monitored very closely on people that suffer from hepatic/renal disfunctions.
