Question: I have severe shooting pain from underneath my left arm radiating toward the center of my chest. What could this be? Patricia

Answer: Dear Patricia,

Every time a person suffers from chest pains it is important to visit the doctor in order to rule out heart problems. Usually chest pain radiates to the arm and shoulder area.
