Answer to your Health Question

Question: Woman at 62 fairly in good health. Recently some times feel needles and numbness in my 3 fingers the index and the other next to it and around my mouth and tip of my tongue. Just for few seconds. Sometimes several times a day or not at all for days. I do take Synthroid .88 1/2 of Vytorin 10/20 & Fosamax+D 70mg. Also all vitamis and aspirin. Tingling fingers and numbness can have many causes. Some include:

- Nerve injury
- Lack of blood supply to affected area
- Pressure on spinal nerves
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Diabetes, underactive thryroid, multiple sclerosis
- Radiation therapy
