Question: I noticed a knot on one side of my groin. The doctor said my lymph nodes are swollen from an infection. White cells count is normal. I also have a cyst in both testicles. I'm 23. Lately I weight 154 pounds, two months ago I weighted 179. Now I dribble hours after peeing and it hurts to pee. I'm tired all the time. What tests do I need to have done? Danial
