Dark brown or dark colored urine can indicate a liver disorder. High levels of AST or ALT indicate liver problems such as Hepatitis. The combination of these two problems can indicate a problem within the liver. Certain diseases, including liver disease, can cause fatigue and lack of energy. Dizziness, weakness and fatigue can cause the eyes to become tired and your eyesight to get worse or not be as sharp. After fatigue, muscles spasm can follow.
