Question: I
have tried several diferent diets and plenty of exercise. I have even
had a perscription from a doctor to help me lose weight but I can't
seem to lose anything, especially my stomach. Tammy
Answer: Dear Tammy,
Fat reduction in any specific
area of the body cannot be obtained by medication or supplements,
these usually help with an overeall weight loss. Target exercises,
body treatments (body wraps, mesotherapy) and surgery can help reduce
fat in specific areas of the body.
For succesful weight loss, constant
physical exercises that work every part of the body are necessary
as well as following a healthy diet, low in calories, fats, sugars,
etc.
Weight loss occurs slowly so constancy
is very important.
