What should be my daily fluid intake?



Dear Sharon,

Your daily fluid intake should be :
-At breakfast:
250 ml of soy milk
1 cup of water
-At lunch
1 cup of water
-At dinner
1 cup of water
1 cup of fruit juices
That amount of fluid is the adequate if you don't sweat a lot.
You don't sweat a lot when you eat usually too little salt, table salt and salt in processed food.

You should eat between 5 and 10 pieces of fruit every day, all of them have a considerable amount of water.
