After the twins i had my tubes clamped, there almost 7 now.

The past month's been different I've had my monthly but I've also had nausea gained weight and now 4 maybe 1@half weeks now I've been having pressure off@ on more so though.

What could it be?

Answer:

Dear Jennifer,

About 1-4% of patients experience complications following tubal ligation. There is a low risk (less than 1% or seven per 1,000 procedures) of a later ectopic pregnancy.

Ectopic pregnancy is a condition in which the fertilized egg implants in a place other than the uterus, usually in one of the fallopian tubes.

Ectopic pregnancies are more likely to happen in younger women, and in women whose tubes were closed off by electrocoagulation.

Symptoms to look for in an ectopic pregnancy:

* Abdominal or pelvic pain.

* A missed period.

* Signs of early pregnancy.

* Vaginal bleeding not caused by menstruation.

* Dizziness or fainting.

Ectopic pregnancy starts usually with side pain and is emergency surgery, the best way is to have your tubes cut and cauterized, this way they are completely severed and then cauterized (burned).

Apparently, you can get pregnant if a small section of the fallopian tubes have been removed and the "ends" sealed, then the cut part of the tube COULD have healed back together, forming a tube ... again
