Answer to your Health Question

Question (11/28/2011):

Title: Thermo Cla versus Ripped Extreme.

Hi! I was just reading about Ripped Extreme and I understood that it is not so good and according to Harvard it should be prohibited.

So, what about Thermo Cla? Is it safer?

Thanks!

Silvia

Answer:

Dear Silvia,

Ingredients for Thermo CLA include: vitamin E, conjugated linoleic acid, L-carnitine, caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract, Glycerin, Caramel Color, Titanium Dioxide and Gelatin.

Thermo Cla claims to be sugar and sodium free, with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Ripped Extreme is quite different.

It is based on the ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin) stack, containing Mahuang, Guarana, and Willow Bark; it also contains two other ingredients: Coleus Forskohili and Citrus Aurantium.
