Title: Back burning when I do a lot of jumping and lifting .

I've started to work out and my low back muscles will get a burning sensation.

Whenever I sit down the burn in the muscles go away.

It's not painful just annoying.

It doesn't happen during every workout

It is just when I do a lot of jumping and lifting.
