Question: I have a herniated disc. If I bought an inversion table will it hurt me? Are there facts that an inversion table can help? Theresa

Answer: Dear Theresa,

Inversion therapy is not recommended for people that suffer from hernias, glaucoma, retinal detachment, high blood pressure, circulatory problems, osteoporosis, swollen joints.

For people with hernias, It is only advisable to do inversion therapy with the approval of a physical therapist.
